**Release Manager**:
To support our Technology team we are searching for a Release Manager to be based in our Barcelona office.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Own the tracking of initiatives across 9 agile teams, so that progress may be clearly understood and used by product owners and management to make good planning decisions
- Work with the business and product team to define release plans based on business needs and team delivery capabilities, ensuring plan alignment with business objectives and alerting the team to dependency issues or other plan discrepancies.
- Compile consolidated release plans, ensuring the business is prepared for upcoming changes, and cutover tasks like training and data entry are planned and clearly owned.
- Coordinate UAT processes in collaboration with product, stakeholders and users.
- Work with the team to continuously improve release processes, learning from issues arising.
- Be an advocate for business needs, helping to bridge the gap between code complete and ready for launch.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Working in an agile environment, you will be flexible and collaborative, working as an effective facilitator
- You will be comfortable working both in a continuous delivery environment and with coordinating large complex releases
- You will be comfortable speaking regularly to company management, to report on progress
- You will be self sufficient using Jira to extract reports and collaborating with the product team to ensure accuracy of extracted information, driving process improvement where necessary
- You will ideally have an ecommerce background and a good understanding of the challenges an ecommerce retailer faces
