The Supply Chain Planning Director has responsibility for leading the Supply Chain Planning function to deliver target Service levels of demand coverage in order to maximize sales and optimize inventory levels. This role is accountable for the Demand and Inventory Planning activities together with leading x-functionally the S&OP process.

The Supply Chain Planning Director is a key business partner to Merchandising, Sales, Manufacturing, Market Supply Chain and Logistics to drive sales while maximizing inventory return on investment. The role is responsible for the development and execution of processes and systems used to cover the demand with flexibility and market responsiveness embedded in the way we work. This position will lead a team that will be accountable for the successful execution of demand and inventory plans across channels and product categories

The Supply Chain Planning Director will report to the Supply Chain and Logistics Director.

**Supply Chain Planning Strategy**:

- Define and continuously fine tune Supply Chain Planning role withing the broader Loewe´s value chain.
- Set the strategic direction for Supply Chain Planning by making use of higher levels of digitization, system support and talent development.
- Elevate S&OP process to a true Integrated Business Planning (IBP) one where our business, financial and operational plans align seamlessly securing a predictable and accurate performance.
- Develop Supply Chain Analytics capability.
- Measure Supply Chain Planning performance and develop roadmaps to improve key metrics for Demand Coverage on Time and Inventory levels.
- Provide long, mid and short term inbound plans to the Logistics team

**Demand Planning**
- Be a key player in the Seasonal and Product Launch Planning Process partnering with Global Merchandising and Product Development in the design of the line, providing the factual and numeric approach needed to guarantee a flawless execution of the collections in the Market.
- Confirm or challenge Sales Plans and forecasts looking at them from an execution and inventory risk point of view
- Guarantee on time Production Planning (PIFOT) according to production lead-times to maximize Demand Coverage on time.

**S&OP and Inventory Planning**

The Supply Chain Planning Director is accountable for the organization's Sales and Operations Planning process and finished product inventory levels across the organization. The role is responsible to enable the improvement of the systems, tools and capabilities within the organization related to Sales and Operations Planning. S&OP process must guarantee the alignment of functions and senior management to delivery medium and long term business goals, with special focus in providing a clear inventory risks and opportunities scenario.

**Profile**:
EXPERIENCE:

- 10 years + cumulative experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Procurement
- Experience with ERP & Advanced Planning Systems
- Excellent analytical skills - Demonstrated ability to analyze, trouble-shoot,

problem solve and resolve complex issues required.
- Ability to manage large projects and/or process improvement initiatives with cross

functional teams using advanced influencing & leadership skills required
- Outstanding communication, organization, skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to comfortably present to all levels of leadership in and out of

the Supply Chain.

OTHER SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
1. Team Leadership Able to lead larger projects with cross-functional teams. Developed
Project Management and Leadership skills.
3. Strategic Influencing Ability to align conflicting priorities between functional groups.
