**In this role you will be responsible to**:
**Develop and Implement Performance Marketing Strategies**:
- Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on user acquisition, conversion, and ROI.
- Identify and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure campaign success.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
**Media Buying and Optimization**:
- Plan, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns across various channels, including display advertising, search marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Identify target audiences and select appropriate media channels to reach and engage potential players.
- Optimize media budgets to maximize ROI, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effective campaign execution.
**Traffic Optimization**:
- Monitor and analyse website traffic patterns, user behaviour, and conversion data to identify areas for optimization.
- Implement strategies to increase website traffic and improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to leverage organic search traffic and align performance marketing efforts with SEO initiatives.
**Spend Optimization**:
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control.
- Conduct ongoing analysis and optimization to maximize ROI and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures and campaign efficiencies.
**A/B Testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:
- Plan and execute A/B tests to improve landing page performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Analyse test results and implement successful variations to improve overall campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement CRO initiatives.
**Campaign Tracking and Reporting**:
- Set up tracking mechanisms and implement attribution models to measure campaign performance accurately.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on KPIs, campaign metrics, and performance trends.
- Identify actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaign strategies.
**Requirements**:
Are you the one they are looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role within the iGaming and crypto sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including display advertising, search marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong understanding of media buying, traffic optimization, spend optimization, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in utilising analytics platforms and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with the iGaming and crypto industries, including player acquisition strategies and trends.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable performance and achieving ROI goals.
