**¿Quiénes somos?**
Ashurst es un **despacho internacional **de abogados líder en el asesoramiento a empresas, entidades financieras y organismos públicos en todos los asuntos relacionados con el derecho de los negocios. Actualmente la firma cuenta con **30 oficinas en 20 países y regiones**. Con más de **400 socios y 1.600 abogados.**
**La oficina de Madrid**
La oficina de Madrid está ubicada en la Calle Alcalá nº 44 y abrió en enero de 2001. Actualmente cuenta con más de 60 abogados, de los cuales 15 son socios.

**¿Qué buscamos?**
Buscamos incorporar un nuevo miembro a nuestro equipo de Business Development en la oficina de Madrid.
El equipo de BD está compuesto por tres personas (BD Manager, BD Senior Executive y BD Executive) y tiene como objetivo fundamental colaborar en el desarrollo del plan de negocio de la oficina y en el desarrollo de la relación con clientes nuevos y ya existentes, responsabilizándose de las tareas relacionadas con desarrollo de negocio, marketing, comunicación y eventos.
En este puesto el becario tendrá ocasión de familiarizarse con el funcionamiento de un despacho de abogados internacional, y conocer el tipo de operaciones que se realizan y el servicio que se ofrece al cliente. Además, tendrá exposición a temas de desarrollo de clientes, marketing y comunicación, no sólo a nível local en nuestra oficina de Madrid, sino también en contacto constante con los equipos de BD del resto del mundo.
**Entre tus funciones y responsabilidades estarán**:
Desarrollo de negocio:
- Apoyo en los programas globales y locales de clientes y sectores.
- Control y registro de operaciones realizadas.
- Gestión de bases de datos.
- Análisis e investigaciones de tendencias, mercados y sectores.
Marketing y Comunicación:
- Elaboración de propuestas de prestación de servicios a clientes ("_pitches_").
- Actualización de los materiales corporativos.
- Gestión de la presencia del despacho en medios, incluyendo redes sociales (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc).
- Apoyo en otras iniciativas de marketing.
Eventos
- Organización de patrocinios, eventos, seminarios y conferencias, tanto para la fidelización de clientes existentes como para la captación de nuevos clientes.
**Requisitos**:
- Formación: Grado o Máster en Derecho / Marketing / Periodismo / Publicidad / Comunicación, o similares.
- **Nível muy alto de inglés** escrito y hablado a nível profesional (parte de la entrevista se articula en inglés).
- Interés por el mundo jurídico y empresarial en su vertiente de desarrollo de negocio, marketing y comunicación.
- Candidato con cultura general e interés en la actualidad.
- Manejo de herramientas informáticas, bases de datos y programas _Word, Excel, Power Point_, etc. a nível usuario avanzado.
- Destreza en la utilización y gestión redes sociales (Twitter, LinkedIn etc.)
- Buena interlocución y habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Rigor y atención al detalle.
- Alto nível de motivación y orientación al trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad de aprendizaje.
- Sentido común.
**Ofrecemos**:
