El/la Quality Engineer apoya y promueve los esfuerzos de mejora de la calidad de la planta y coordina la acción correctiva y la mejora continua. Es responsable del aseguramiento de la calidad del producto y del proceso desde su liberación (PPAP), y durante la vida del producto. Trabajará en un equipo altamente enfocado a la calidad, y mantendrá contacto con las distintas áreas de la empresa, los proveedores y clientes para asegurar que los productos fabricados cumplan o superen los requisitos del cliente y de la planta.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Mantenimiento de la calidad del producto y del proceso en serie.
- Participación en el mantenimiento del sistema de calidad (documentación de Proceso, etc).
- Representación de la empresa ante el cliente y Reportes 8D.
- Gestión de las no Conformidades Internas y Externas, liderazgo en la implementación de las acciones correctivas y de mejora.
- Responsable de coordinarse con los departamentos externos (OEM’s, TIER1) e internos de clientes (Dptos. de desarrollo y producción de procesos).
**Requisitos**:
- Estudios Ingeniería Industrial mecánica.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en el sector de la automoción o similar como Quality Engineer, gestionando proyectos y validación de productos y procesos.
- Conocimientos Imprescindible conocimientos de los procesos de montaje y estampación y valorable de soldadura de metales. Conocimientos/uso de herramientas de calidad (Proceso FMEA, Planes de control 8D, 5 porqués, Ishikawa) y metrología.
- Conocimiento en la realización del seguimiento de los hitos de los proyectos, APQP, PPAP
- Comprensión de planos, especificaciones de clientes, informes dimensionales y estudios de capacidad.
- Idiomas imprescindible nível alto de inglés, valorable alemán.
