**Therapeutic Healthcare & Access Manager - Obesidad**:
Dentro del departamento de Acceso y Healthcare Affairs, reportando al Head of Head of Therapeutic Access & Healthcare Solutions, la posición tiene como objetivo liderar la estrategia de acceso al mercado de las innovaciones de la compañía en el campo de la Obesidad y NASH.

**Funciones y Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar la estrategia de acceso de las diferentes indicaciones de y coordinación del plan con todas las áreas involucradas.
- Proporcionar valoraciones y recomendaciones a nível internacional para que las necesidades y especificidades del país se contemplen en el desarrollo de las terapias, así como en su estrategia de acceso y precio.
- Impulsar programas de atención sanitaria innovadores que permitan la optimización del manejo de pacientes y maximicen el acceso a las terapias y los resultados en salud a lo largo del Patient Journey.
- Diseñar y fomentar acuerdos basados en valor (VBA) con el sistema sanitario público y privado.
- Contribuir a la estrategia integral de lanzamiento y de ciclo de vida del fármaco.

**Perfil y Requisitos**:

- Formación Universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud o Economía.
- Más de tres años de experiência en posiciones de estrategia de acceso en el entorno farmacéutico.
- Nível de inglés alto (escrito y hablado).
- Persona con amplia visión estratégica e innovadora, capacidad de liderazgo estatégico, visión cross funcional y con elevadas capacidades de comunicación. Muy valorable experiência en el ámbito de la obesidad.
