(435 REQ /year)* Incident Management - Manage internal incidents and support employees with tickets raised to third parties services that require IT knowledge, are not answered on time or require an onsite action. (384 INC /year)* Business Improvement - Identify technical or process improvements during the employee support and raise them internally for discussion.* Creation & Keep up to date IT procedures and user guides - Keep up to date documentation and generate new support documentation and create new IT procedures and policies* Local IT support
- Support the headquarters interventions that require remote hands - Data import and export - Multimedia installations, videoconference, video surveillance, access card system* CMDB- Keep up to date the CMDB
Helpdesk Officer|Luxemburgo
- High school diploma with IT or technical qualification* 2 years of experience in a customer facing role within an IT Support/Service Desk environment* Experience with ticketing tool and INCIDENT, CHANGE and REQUEST flows* Fluency in English and Spanish, French is an asset
