We are looking for a **Senior Recruiter** to join the **MSD** account.

**What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?**

As a Senior Recruiter you will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met. On a day-to-day basis you will:

- Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers
- Be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services, advising on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met
- Engage in a range of project work

**What do you need from me?**
- Considerable experience in recruitment
- Agile and positive in the face of change
- Collaborates effectively in virtual teams to deliver key outputs
- Able to build and nurture stakeholder relationships, managing varied and sometimes competing demands
- Able to influence stakeholders to take a course of action.
- Highly conscientious with an attention to detail, compliance and punctuality
