**What you'll be doing...**
Reporting into our Senior Leasing Administrator, you will assist the team in the implementation of the leasing strategy for centres located across France and Spain, as well as provide full support to the team in ensuring the smooth running of the department. This is a highly operational role, and so we are looking for a conscientious and proactive person who can support the team with right deadlines.

There is flexibility for this role to be based at our designer outlet centre in Provence or Malaga.

**To be successful you'll bring...**
- You are comfortable with the preparation of reports and legal documentation.
- You are fluent in Spanish, English and French (reading, writing, and speaking).
- You have high attention to detail.
- You can work as part of a team and independently, working on several projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- You are interested in the fashion/retail industry.
- Advanced IT skills i.e., MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
