International HRbp

**_Responsible for the relationship between HR & the business. Supports organisation effectiveness by developing and implementing solutions aligned to strategy. Implements the HR solutions, takes an active role in ensuring the HR Operating Model is embedded successfully._**
- Ensures own and supported teams’ understanding of the business and its needs.
- Supports defining the people needs (capability, capacity, structure).
- Ensures proper staffing to respond to people needs (recruitment, internal moves).
- Supports defining development needs.
- Builds solid relationships with employees and managers, developing trusting relationships.
- Partners with the recruitment team, supporting recruitment processes.
- Drives attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future organisational needs.
- Drives performance management in the supported functions.
- Works closely with colleagues to ensure that HR processes, tools and policies support people and organization, enhances employee engagement and ultimately improve performance.
- Uses data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the needs for further improvement.
- Supports managers in taking their teams’ through the employees cycle.
- Provides expert input across a range of HR issues (generalist / specific expertise).
- _ University degree in HR or economics_
- _ fluent English_
- 3 years of experience HRBP role and 5 years’ experience as HR generalist
- HRIS experience (experience in the implementation of HR app implementation would be an advantage)
- Knowledge and experience of the business and its intricacies and ability to communicate in business terms
- Proven ability to build long term trusting relationships with internal clients and HR Team
- Focus on delivering business outcomes through making best use of the whole HR function and acting as a strong role-model for the rest of the team
