**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Education and qualifications**:
**Required: -**

Degree in the area of Medicine (Medical Doctor)
- Experience in Dismorphology and clinical genetics, NGS data analysis including basic knowledge of

Bioinformatics.

**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required: -**

Experience in clinical genetics and dismorphology.
- Experience in the processing and analysis of high-throughput experiments of NGS data.
- Satisfactory level of spoken and written English is preferred.
- Experience in similar positions.
- Enthusiasm, motivation and engagement in research projects

**Main responsibilities and duties: -**

Elaborate a data base of Human Phemotype Onthology for patients and fetuses with genetic disorders
- NGS data analysis filtering and selection of variants and analysis of variants pathogenicity.

**Labour conditions**:
- Full-time position: 40h/week.
- Starting date: 18th September 2023
- Length of the contract: 3 and half months
- Gross annual salary: 27.470,49 euros.
