As part of the continuous organization transformation, we are currently looking for an experienced Order to Cash (OTC) Process Lead to join our Finance Transformation organization. He/she will be responsible for leading the OTC global processes in the group, ensuring efficient and effective process design, management of deviations and alignment within the other members of the Finance Governance team & relevant neighbouring functions.

The OTC Process Lead, manages and leads the financial/accounting impact of business processes related to following areas or systems:

- Customer Master Data Management
- Property Management (PMS), Customer Relationship (CRM) sytems
- End to End Account Order to Cash Processes (Billing to Cash collection)

**Roles and Responsibilities of OTC Process Lead**:

- Acting as a gatekeeper for their domain, collaborating closely with other Global Process Leads.
- Playing a crucial role in OTC governance, defining and monitoring KPIs to achieve excellence.
- Emphasizing simplification through process automation and standardization, utilizing advanced technologies like SaaS, AI, BPM, Process Mining, RPA, and Analytics.
- Responsible for implementing strategic Order to Cash transformation efforts, converting strategy into process maps, objectives, priorities, and projects.
- Managing process risks and disruptions, escalating global issues when necessary.
- Streamlining and standardizing end-to-end Order to Cash policies and procedures, optimizing them in terms of people, costs, and technology.
- Establishing consistent process methodologies across all areas, considering internal policies and external legal requirements.
- Developing training materials and conducting training sessions for Radisson's organization or external Share Service Center.
- Supporting the implementation of Front Office/Backoffice systems and driving change management efforts.
- Monitoring process performance across different regions and suggesting further improvements.
- Continuously enhancing process efficiency, promoting best practices, user experience, and compliance to reduce administrative overhead.
- Communicating finance requirements to IT for the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring compliance with global and local rules.
- Leading global projects to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Overseeing a portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives in various regions and global delivery centers.
- Building strong and efficient relationships with all process stakeholders.

**Key Activities of a OTC process lead**:
**_ Core activities:_**
- Own OTC processes: design, maintain, streamline and improve robust processes (process, management rules, RACI, roles & responsibilities, organization, internal control and solutions)
- Define, optimize and streamline robust OTC processes, KPIs & provide requirements for process metrics & data sources
- Review/ Approve/ Reject any exceptions to the global OTC process with the regions
- Ensure processes levels are fully documented and business rules & detailed standard operations are documented where it is meaningful to do so
- Ensure Internal control and compliance are embedded within process designs
- Drive Innovation to ensure that the end-to-end process is “future proof”. For that purpose, continuously scroll the outside market for ideas and new solutions
- Perform external Benchmark to ensure processes are recognized as Best in Class, and operational KPIs reach first quartile standards
- Select and implement relevant technology, increasing automation of activities or improving process outcomes
- Manage, lead, coordinate and supervise MDM & e-Invoicing adoption for customers at hotels and admin units.

- Deliver projects across all regions, notably technologies implementation
- Ensure relevant data are available to support business case and on-going project reviews
- Drive Global Projects Steering Committee, ensure appropriate direction is given to the project team and that process related matters are handled & resolved in a timely manner

**_ Stakeholders and Change Management:_**
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across all geographies and drive standardization of OTC processes
- Identify alignment needs and proactively manage relationship with neighbouring functions
