**ERP Senior Consultant - Hybrid - Barcelona**

We are hiring at Telematel for a ERP Senior Consultant dedicated to the execution of ERP implementation projects. You will work within our Professional Services team, where you will be in permanent contact with our clients.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented ERP Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services team at Telematel. You will have an active involvement with real customers and projects from day one. This position will suit project managers with at least 3+ years of experience in software delivery projects who are looking for a hands-on role working within a challenging and rewarding technical environment.

Telematel has more than 1.500 customers from the construction industry. We execute more than 500 Professional Services projects every year.

**What your day will look like**:
As part of our customer-facing project teams, you will be involved in a wide variety of activities, including:
**Portfolio Management**
- Manage a portfolio of customer engagements from kick-off to close
- Ensure a backlog of engagements is fully scheduled and resourced

**Customer Engagement**
- Develop and maintain ongoing customer relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout engagements
- Actively manage stakeholder expectations throughout engagement delivery
- Travel to customer sites internationally (if required)

**Engagement Delivery**
- Ensure engagements are delivered to a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting agreed contractual requirements
- Prepare and maintain project deliverables, including schedules, risk registers, etc.
- Schedule project resources to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
- Track project progress and effort, resolving issues such as slippage
- Report project progress to both the customer and internal management
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule and cost
- Manage the financial aspects of engagements in line with agreed project P&L
- Actively manage the contractual completion of projects
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of methods, processes and deliverables

**About You**:

- **3+ years of experience managing customer-facing software projects is essential**:

- **Bachelor of Engineering or Business Administration**:

- ** Experience in project management with clients**:

- ** ERP experience is essential**
- Prince2 training and experience
- Demonstrable experience in financial project management and change control
- At least a bachelor's degree in a Technical discipline or similar is highly desirable
- A strong understanding of project methodologies and processes
- An attention to detail and a desire to deliver high-quality work
- A passion for customer satisfaction and excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal communication and written skills
