The National Motorsports Manager is responsible for designing, planning and coordinating an innovative Motorsports and Athlete’s Marketing strategy, establishing Red Bull as a credible and functional beverage in national motorsports landscape.

**Design a smart and innovate national motorsports strategy, including unique event concepts and top content for Red Bull Media Network**:
**Challenge and train the Motorsports Specialist to improve a highly credible athletes’ program**:
**Responsible for Department’s budget and accomplishment of the annual BP figures**:
**Understands the athletes’ needs and challenges in performance, marketing and communications and provides professional support**:
**Responsible for electing and managing a national relevant top quality athlete’s portfolio and strategy**:
**Improve and enhance a strong motorsport performance network among sports institutes, sports scientists, sports universities and schools, trainers, clubs and federations for nation wide scouting for potential future co operations in addition to collecting relevant information on marketing and communication**:
**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- University Degree
- At least 5 years of previous work experience in sports industry, sport, events or marketing agency, sport institution or federation, or as a journalist, professional athlete or trainer, highly valued experience in motorsports
- Highly valued Strong Motorsports networking
- Ability to select service and manage athletes based on sportive performance, marketing and communication facts
- An understanding of sports performance, specialist knowledge and experience
- Ability to design and organize events and projects of all scales
