**EDUCATION**: High school diploma required.

**EXPERIENCE**: A minimum of one year of experience working with the public.

**JOB KNOWLEDGE**: Work requires knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet.

**LANGUAGE**: Good working knowledge of English speaking/reading/writing. Good working knowledge of Spanish speaking/reading/writing. This may be tested.

**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**: Ability to organize work and set priorities. Must be able to prepare basic word processing documents in Spanish and English, and must be able to perform data entry quickly and accurately. Must have the initiative and ability to work under pressure within the framework of a team. Must have the ability to deal courteously with the public. Must have the ability to learn new computer software.
