- Queremos incorporar un/a CONSUMER RESEARCH MANAGER que en dependencia del/ la Dirección de Marketing; su **MISIÓN** será investigar, identificar, comprender y anticipar necesidades del consumidor y tendencias de consumo para detectar vías de crecimiento, tanto en _core brands_ como en mercados/segmentos emergentes y/o de nueva creación.

El Puesto se define como la especialista que a través de analizar las tendencias y motivaciones de consumo/compra con visión estratégica y creativa, ayuda a crear ideas innovadoras para nuevos proyectos y/o productos.

Sus principales **FUNCIONES** a desarrollar:

- Conocer en profundidad las metodologías de investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa de mercados y consumidor, a fin de proponer los estudios más adecuados según el objetivo predeterminado.
- Analizar los resultados y conclusiones de los estudios que se realicen, así como la información clave obtenida para asegurar que la investigación realizada es fiable y responde a los objetivos del estudio.
- Recopilar datos e información sobre consumidores y tendencias de consumo, analizarlos con visión estratégica y consolidarlos en entregables de fácil lectura y comprensión, incluyendo conclusiones y recomendaciones.
- Entender los objetivos del negocio LPH y, muy especialmente del área de innovación. En base a los mismos, diseñar y proponer actuaciones para descubrir las preferencias de los consumidores potenciales, identificar tendencias y anticipar nuevas.
- Estar totalmente actualizado sobre de las tendencias del consumidor y del consumo y, en base a este conocimiento, detectar _insights_ relevantes que puedan transformarse en ideas innovadoras de producto o bien servir de inspiración para estimular la creatividad interna.

Para ello, necesitamos que cumplas con los siguientes **REQUISITOS**:

- Formación universitaria en Economía, ADE, ITM o Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas.
- Nível Avanzado de inglés (mínimo B2).
- Usuario/a avanzado/a de Excel y Power Point.
- Valorable experiência previa como _Planner_ estratégico en agencias de publicidad.
