The role:

- Responsible for managing and developing the Business Intelligence team (TechSales, CatMan & RevMan).
- Responsible for identifying trends, consumption patterns and market/business opportunities with the objective of advising on making high-impact commercial decisions; based on external information -Nielsen
- and internal sales information.
- Direct report to the Commercial Head.
- In charge of the integration between commercial intelligence and the digital sales tools BEES -b2b
- & TaDa -b2c-.
- Participate in the strategic business cycle from the company's 10-year plan to the following year's operation.
- Building business insights to answer business questions, drive business decisions, and develop recommendations to improve operations.
- Drive a business intelligence roadmap; prioritise analysis requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs of the business.
- Present analysis and recommendations to senior leaders, using data-driven storytelling and influence to drive improvements in business operations and strategic change. Coordinate with decision makers in the company to ensure that information collection and analysis supports the overall development of business strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and generate potential business intelligence initiatives that result in business efficiency, cost savings and/or marketing/commerce effectiveness.
- Lead the definition and governance of key business metrics, drive the vision and creation of automated dashboards and self-service analytics capabilities, and design data-driven processes that drive business value.

Who we’re looking for:

- At least 5 -10 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent in analysis and problem solving.
- Excellent in communication, presentation, persuasion and project management.
- Excellent in team management and coaching skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, economics or a related field.
- Experience in providing analysis for business decisions in marketing, trade marketing, sales and supply chain.
- Fluent Spanish and English (C1/C2)
