After over a decade in the skies, we have now flown more than 55 million passengers. Today, we serve over 100 destinations in 18 countries, actively consolidating our position among the top European airlines in the industry.

In recent years, we have raised our travel capacity more than most competitors, increasing our number of aircraft, routes, destinations, employees, and markets. Throughout this journey, our team continues to excel and grow stronger as our services gain recognition amongst an expanding European audience. Our main markets are France, Italy, Spain, and Greece. We have 19 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, and Lyon in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence, and Naples in Italy; Asturias and Bilbao in Spain; Athens in Greece, and Hamburg in Germany.

We are hiring a** Data Management Officer** who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

**What you will do**:

- _Strategy Development_: Identifying the organization’s data needs and developing strategies to meet those needs in collaboration with various departments, especially with the Data Science and Corporate Strategy.
- _Data Governance_: Establish and implement a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure the proper management and use of data. Establish a culture within the organization sharing data and making informed decisions to improve future business outcomes.
- _Data team Management_: Leading and managing outsourced data teams, including data analysts and data engineers.
- _Data Architecture_: Designing and implementing a data architecture that organizes and stores data efficiently across the organization.
- _Quality Management_: Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency through rigorous validation and quality control processes.
- _Storage and Retrieval_: Manage data storage systems to secure data and ensure it's easily accessible for operational and analytical purposes.
- _Data Analysis Leadership_: Drive data analysis efforts, identify trends and insights that align with organizational goals, and use visualization tools for better understanding.
- _Security and privacy_: Maintain data security and privacy standards, implementing policies and controls to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance.
- _Project Management_: Lead data-related projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality results that align with business objectives.

**What you will need**:

- Proven experience in data management, preferably in the airline or related industry.
- Strong understanding of data governance, architecture, and quality management.
- Knowledge of data storage solutions and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of data security and privacy legislation and best practice.
- Knowledge of public cloud technologies (Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering successful data projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
