**¿Qué buscamos?**

Estamos en busca de un **Product Manager** apasionado y altamente motivado para liderar la visión, diseño y ejecución de nuestro producto digital. Buscamos a alguien que no solo tenga un profundo conocimiento en la gestión de productos digitales, sino que también posea una visión estratégica para identificar oportunidades de negocio y alinear los desarrollos con las necesidades del mercado.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Diseñar y priorizar el roadmap del producto, alineando las necesidades del mercado con las oportunidades de negocio.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de desarrollo, UX/UI y QA para asegurar la entrega de funcionalidades de alta calidad y cumplir con los plazos establecidos.
- Realizar investigaciones de mercado y análisis de la competencia para identificar nuevas oportunidades de producto y ajustar la estrategia según sea necesario.
- Actuar como el principal enlace entre los equipos de desarrollo y las partes interesadas, asegurando que todos estén alineados con la visión del producto
- Supervisar las métricas clave de rendimiento del producto, analizando los datos para tomar decisiones informadas y realizar ajustes proactivos.
- Priorizar y gestionar el backlog de producto, asegurando que las funcionalidades críticas sean desarrolladas primero. Coordinar los lanzamientos de producto, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de marketing para asegurar un lanzamiento exitoso.

**¿Qué te hará triunfar en la posición?**
- Mínimo de 5 años de experiência como Product Manager en entornos SaaS, aplicaciones móviles o tecnología digital.
- Experiência comprobada trabajando con metodologías ágiles, especialmente Scrum, y capacidad para liderar equipos en sprints de desarrollo, asegurando la entrega puntual y de calidad.
- Sólido dominio de herramientas de análisis de producto como Google Analytics, Mixpanel u otras similares.
- Capacidad para traducir las necesidades del negocio en especificaciones técnicas claras y accionables y visualizar el impacto a largo plazo de las decisiones en el roadmap del producto.
- Capacidad para motivar, guiar y coordinar equipos multifuncionales hacia el logro de objetivos comunes.
