The Fintech & Risk cluster is directly responsible for all areas related to money in the marketplace ecosystem - managing payment methods available, processing user payments, managing associated risk, tracking money in a centralised ledger, in-house invoicing and automated payouts. The cluster is composed of 2 groups - Payments & Risk, as well as Invoicing & Payouts.

Based in our HQ in Barcelona, as Group Product Manager in the Fintech & Risk cluster, you will be responsible for driving our efforts to grow Glovo's profitability through fintech products.

You will directly be responsible for the company bet - fintech products allowing our partners and couriers to better manage their earnings on the platform, as well as innovative customer-facing initiatives.

This is both a hands-on role and management role. You will lead a group of 3-4 seasoned product managers and bring the best out of them. You will be responsible for one of the groups (Payments & Risk / Invoicing & Payouts) in Fintech and define the vision, strategy, establish clear, impact driven goals, as well as be directly responsible for hiring in this area. It would require you to travel to exotic markets and talk with partners, couriers, customers and local management teams.

You'll collaborate with fellow PMs, engineers, data analysts, UX researchers and designers, business stakeholders through the organization to build the product and technical solutions which would unlock strategic and sustainable growth via Fintech.

**What you'll do**:

- Define the vision and strategy for a suite of Fintech products
- Lead semester goal planning and define KPIs and key deliverables
- Identify short term wins and long term investments
- Establish processes around OKR and impact reviewing, impact sizing of features, KPI monitoring
- Influence across entire company by facilitating collaboration and communication with other Product clusters, Finance leaders, GMs, AMs and business counterparts
- Translate problems and opportunities into potential solutions/requirements by removing out the complexity and providing clarity and alignment on roadmaps
- Simplify and articulate complex concepts to help teams make decisions
- Lead and mentor PM direct reports, support and manage their career growth
- Be responsible for three or more full sized product development teams (initially may need to be hands-on with one engineering team)
- Be a partner to the engineering and understand the technical challenges we have to overcome to materialise the Fintech & Risk strategy
- Effectively manage the most demanding external stakeholders
- Conduct deep UX design reviews and research and work collaboratively with a solution mindset with design, UX-research, data analysts and engineering

**You have**:

- 6+ years of relevant product experience
- Relevant work experience in payments, risk, payouts or worked in a high-growth fintech company
- Managed and coached PMs to bring the best out of them
- Has built vision, product strategy and see it come to life. Demonstrated craft + execution
- Problem solving and logical reasoning
- Experience with A/B testing. Data-driven and able to size opportunities
- Ability to formulate hypotheses based on quantitative and qualitative data
- Technical know-how, eye for details and understand the basics on mobile and desktop web - speed, technologies, optimisation techniques, progressive web apps
- Superb communication—you have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You make complex ideas understandable and craft specs that are easy for multiple audiences to consume
