Your tasks would be for the following:
Install and check all the requirements of our web system to operate both new agents equipment and former agents formatted PC´s
- Diagnose and resolve technical software issues presented by the agents to guarantee the operability of the Web System
- Qualifications
- Work experience in IT background or IT interest would be a plus
- High knowledge of MS Windows and Internet Explorer
- High knowledge of the Office Pack
- Excellent skills installing computers and peripherals
- Excellent communications skills (both oral and written) in German
