- Accurate, timely and efficient material planning with respect to customer shipments, returns and internal material movements._ _
- Material availability for order fulfilment to avoid material shortage situations
- Optimum stock levels on defined targets and implemented strategic measures.
- Efficient and cost-effective scheduling within the supply area by setting up seamless communication and processes as well as continuously improving data quality. (->MM)

**Stand out from the crowd - What distinguishes you**
- 5 years’ experience within supply planning / inventory controlling.
- Experience from a similar business, ideally formwork and scaffolding sales and rental is an advantage.
- Must be analytical, possess strong numeric aptitude and understand complexity.
- Possess an assertive style with an ability to work independently and achieve results with mínimal supervision.
- Very good organizational skills and structured work approach. Process and improvement driven.
- Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Works effectively in a complex, result driven environment requiring strong decision-making skills.
- IT proficient (Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Strong work ethic, open and reliable.
- Ability to liaise with people at all levels from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Trustworthy and honest.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
