We are looking to meet our new Tech lead who will be responsible of aligning the team on the design, architecture and devops practices..

AXA Partners Group is undergoing a major transformation to improve efficiency, increase profitability and enhance customer experience through digitalisation.

He/She will be a point of reference to his/her Squad on DevOps matters and will ensure via metric that the team delivers as fast as possible quality secured software increments in production in order to bring the most value to our customers.

He/she will actively work on the continuous improvement of devops processes and practices in order to improve time to market of AXA Partners solutions, drive quality improvement through Automation and help to grow in SDLC Security maturity.

**What does your day-to-day look like?**
- Design and develop ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and other related technologies
- Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and design ETL processes to meet those needs
- Analyse, design, and optimize the ETL processes in terms of stability, infra costs and security aspects
- Implement processes with Azure Devops Standards
- Actively ensure simplification occurs throughout
- Conduct Quality insurance report, manage and follow up consequent action plan.

**Your Profile** Your skills and experience**
- 5+ years of hard coding experience devops area
- Experience with Azure SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, or other Azure data warehousing technologies
- Strong understanding of ETL best practices and design patterns
- Proficiency in Azure Data Factory and other related Azure technologies
- Experience with SQL and data modeling
- Experience with data integration and data management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- English is mandatory.
