Cosmetic Compliance Officer

**Description**
- An exciting opportunity has arisen within our company and we are now looking for a Cosmetic Product Compliance Officer.
- You will mainly assist with completing cosmetic compliance paperwork, correct labelling, notifying new products onto appropriate portals and help with product costing. You will also get involved in product development.
- AW Group is a manufacturer of aromatherapy, cosmetic, soaps, bath bombs and home fragrance products, based in UK, Spain and Slovakia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create cosmetic compliance paperwork, product labelling and costings.
- Assist with creating a product information file/technical file for all products manufactured in accordance with UK and EU legislation guidelines for all products.
- Assist with creating technical specifications and data sheets, for the product information file, to include ingredients, allergens and certifications for all new products.
- Notifying products onto appropriate portals

Assist in collating regulatory related technical documentation from suppliers (REACH, OPSS, IFRA)
- Ensure the appropriate product safety testing is completed and documented for new ingredients and mixes, so they are fit for purpose and safe - we work with an external company which does the testing.
- Share compliance documentation such as data sheets customers so all parties demonstrate they have met their legal obligations.
- Support colleagues with technical advice, product information and quality queries.
