**Rental Specialist; English and Spanish speaking**

Rincón Rent is seeking the right person for the open job position as Property Rental Specialist Assistant.

After a hectic growth, new regulations in the vacation rental industry and implementing of new systems and procedures we are looking for the right person to take charge of the Property Rental Assistent tasks & Reception tasks.

You will work close with the rest of the team but it is still essential that you are individually driven and have good communication skills in a sometime hectic environment.

It is expected that you can communicate on a high-level English and Spanish, written as spoken.

Advancement for the right person is possible.

The person will be in charge for the daily Property Rental Assistent tasks described below and and additional tasks should be expected.

**TASKS**
- Arrival, departure, check-in validation of guests
- Check-in off-site (Company car will be available). **Evening and night arrivals will occur**
- Booking & Customer Support by phone and mail. **High level of Professional English and Spanish is required**
- Receptionist task
- Administrative task

**REQUIREMENTS**:
We are looking for an experienced person from the hospitality industry, which will present our company values and standards for guests as well as homeowners. It means you will be a smiling and positive person even in high stressed situation and will do whatever you can to solve any issues for the guests during their stay. That you are paying attention to details and are always willing to go the extra mile for the comfort for the guests.
**- PROFESSIONEL LEVEL OF ENGLISH & SPANISH WRITING AND SPEAKING IS REQUIRED.**:

- Result and solution oriented.
- Experience from holiday rental or hospitality industry
- Experience with problem solving or complain handling, able to work in stressed situations, under pressure and multitasking
- Driver’s license

**WORK PLACE**:

- ON/OFF SITE FROM: Office in Mijas (Malaga), Spain

**WORK SCHEDULE (can vary due to season)**
- Full Time

**Work schedule includes**:

- Monday to Sunday (with 2 rotating days off)
- Rotating night shift (to attend guests with night arrivals)
- Working on weekends
- Working on Nacional and local holidays
- 24h rotating telephone watch

**Salary**: 19,000.00€ - 24,000.00€ per year

- 29640 Fuengirola, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
