¿Cuál será tu misión?
Como Technical Project Manager, serás el representante clave de OT (Operaciones Técnicas) en el equipo de proyectos adjudicados. Tu función principal será coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con OT, garantizando el cumplimiento del presupuesto y los plazos de ejecución del diseño. Serás el punto de contacto entre las células y el Project Manager, definiendo especificaciones detalladas y conduciendo al equipo según la metodología de la empresa. Además, tendrás la importante tarea de detectar riesgos, planificar contingencias y aportar soluciones para reducir costos. Tus actividades también incluirán la colaboración con otros departamentos para definir especificaciones, la planificación integral del proyecto y el liderazgo de reuniones periódicas para garantizar un progreso fluido, todo mientras aseguras el cumplimiento de las normativas medioambientales.

**Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados**:
¿Qué necesitas para hacer Match? Formación académica en Ingeniería Industrial o similar. Experiência mínima de 3 años como ingeniero y/o 2 años en gestión de equipos. Nível de inglés B2 mínimo. Conocimientos en informática y herramientas de diseño en 3D. Experiência en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) deseable.
