Dans le cadre du développement des Ventes du Groupe ADF, nous recrutons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Commercial(e)_ _capable de relever les défis suivants:
- Développer l’activité commerciale du Groupe ADF sur l’ensemble de ses formats d’offres, chez de nouveaux prospects et ses clients historiques ;
- Gérer et déployer l’ensemble du cycle de vente auprès de nos clients et assurer les résultats des ventes en conformité avec les stratégies commerciales de l’organisation ;
- Assurer le suivi et la gestion des comptes et contrats clients ;
- Assurer une veille régulière en analysant l’état du marché et la concurrence afin d’identifier les axes de diversification et la création de partenariats ;
- Assurer le suivi de la satisfaction clients sur les prestations en cours ;
- Prospecter et capter de nouveaux contacts, opportunités pour développer la croissance du CA sur votre secteur, dans le respect de la stratégie déployée par votre direction ;
- Développer et maintenir les relations commerciales privilégiées auprès des décideurs dans les entreprises visées ;
- Animer et coordonner les actions commerciales avec les Chargés d’affaires, Chef de Projets, Responsables d’activités, Responsable de Centre et/ou Directeur des Opérations ;
- Participer / Collaborer aux COCOM (_COmités COMmerciaux_) des régions concernées ;
- Fournir des Reporting Commerciaux Hebdomadaires de la Région et/ou du périmètre géré au Responsable Commercial Régional ;
- Prendre part au processus d’avant-vente en accompagnant les équipes opérationnelles et en donnant la mesure qui s’impose pour transformer les projets sur lesquels vous êtes embarqué(e) ;
- Organiser et animer les organes de pilotage tout le long du cycle de vente : Go / No Go, COMENGA (Comité d’Engagement) et les Revues d’Offres.
Formation dans le Management / Commerce, vous disposez idéalement d’une expérience opérationnelle ou commerciale dans les métiers du service aux industries et/ou des activités de maintenance industrielle ET/OU vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire dans le secteur industriel.
Doté(e) d’un réel talent pour conquérir de nouveaux marchés, votre aisance relationnelle, votre savoir-faire et autonomie seront des qualités indispensables pour la réussite de vos missions. Votre technique et votre sens de l'analyse seront des atouts majeurs pour faire la différence auprès de nos clients. Vous possédez un esprit d'équipe et êtes force de proposition.
