Il Field Service Technician installa, mette in funzione, monitora, ricerca guasti e ripara pompe, guarnizioni e altre apparecchiature Flowserve in settori come quello petrolifero e del gas, chimico, nucleare, carbonifero e delle acque reflue, a seconda dell'impegno del cliente.

In questa posizione impegnativa, il Field Service Technician (FST) fornisce assistenza técnica in tempo reale ai nostri clienti e fornisce raccomandazioni per riparazioni, aggiornamenti e sostituzione di apparecchiature. L'FST è attivamente impegnato nella risoluzione dei problemi e nell'implementazione di soluzioni in loco presso le strutture dei clienti.

L'Ingegnere Applicativo In Loco fornisce assistenza técnica ai contratti Lifecycle Advantage (LCA) di Flowserve presso le sedi dei nostri clienti e, per il resto, si trova in un centro di risposta rapida locale. Come parte del team del Centro di Risposta Rapida, i vostri compiti comprenderanno la garanzia delle prestazioni delle apparecchiature presso il sito, il supporto, il monitoraggio e l'esecuzione dei compiti quotidiani delle operazioni del sito, come definito nel contratto.

Lo scopo di questo ruolo è quello di utilizzare le competenze ingegneristiche esistenti per sostenere gli obiettivi di Flowserve e del cliente in un rapporto contrattuale sostenibile a lungo termine incentrato sul miglioramento delle prestazioni degli asset del cliente. Anche se di solito non si tratta di un ruolo pratico, potrebbe essere necessario condurre ispezioni tecniche di apparecchiature in avaria per fornire soluzioni e miglioramenti ingegneristici volti a migliorare l'affidabilità e la disponibilità delle apparecchiature.

Requisiti:
Conoscenza delle applicazioni industriali e delle operazioni di pompe, valvole, guarnizioni, attuatori e apparecchiature meccaniche.

Esperienza nell'installazione di apparecchiature meccaniche.

Esperienza nella riparazione di apparecchiature di pompaggio, nell'installazione di tenute meccaniche, nella sostituzione di facce/guarnizioni/anelli di tenuta.

Comprovata capacità di leggere e interpretare correttamente cianografie, disegni ingegneristici e schemi.

Deve essere una persona autonoma, con una buona capacità di seguire il lavoro, in grado di lavorare in modo indipendente con poca supervisione.

La patente di guida in corso di validità con un buon curriculum di guida è essenziale per il ruolo.

Capacità di viaggiare, anche a livello globale, per lunghi periodi di tempo.

Capacità di fare straordinari, se necessario, per ridurre al minimo l'impatto sui clienti.

Per il ruolo di FST è richiesta attività física, tra cui il frequente sollevamento di carichi fino a 25 kg, la salita/discesa da scale e scalette, l'arrampicata e il raggiungimento all'interno, sotto e intorno a grandi attrezzature, spesso all'aperto tutto l'anno.

Per il ruolo di FST è richiesto un diploma di scuola superiore e più di 3 anni di esperienza nel settore

Per il ruolo di l'Ingegnere Applicativo In Loco è preferibile una laurea in ingegneria, ma 5+ anni di esperienza nel settore sono equiparabili.
