Our IT Center EMEA counts 3 departments: IT Planning (PLAN), IT Development (BUILD) and IT Infrastructure (RUN). Within our IT Development department, we can distinguish 2 competence centres: Madrid and Ostend. You will be part of IT Development in Madrid. The IT Development department in Madrid consists of 50 people (internal & external) and an offshore team. The group is young and dynamic with a good team spirit and open communication structure. We implement innovative IT solutions for our 7500+ Daikin colleagues all over Europe & Middle East.

**Function (main responsibility with task)**

This profile-on position requires in-depth technical knowledge of Integrations, as well as demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, and conducting development projects in an innovative and dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with other engineers and architects, within online and other parts of EA, to drive guidelines and documentation.
- Provides advanced technical expertise, oversight and accountability for resolution of outages, service level issues and other events in partnership with support teams.
- Define proactive activities and tasks required for optimization of stability, performance and architecture.
- Closely partner with information security in insuring all applicable security and compliance standards and requirements are incorporated into service design.
- Create designs and oversee implementation of enterprise integration capabilities between various heterogeneous systems including the e-commerce platform, OMS, WMS, POS, corporate systems
- Will be part of the Competence the integration team leading and guiding other members.
- Coordinate the collaboration with other departments and subcontractors; work closely with engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach.
- Instil best practices for development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
- Responsible for developing distributed system architecture and system integration.
- Facility to communicate with business, understands the process, and proposes good solutions going to an global proposals for all the affiliates.
- In order to identify the IT needs of an enterprise, you are expected to interview and collaborate with the different departments of business.

**Profile (education, background, specific knowledge required and experience)**
- You have a master degree in Engineering, IT or Economy.
- Must know systems as SCPI & SAP APIM, recommended to know SAP PO, SAP event mesh, web methods API.
- Must understand and work with the concepts of SOAP and REST services both XML and JSON message formats.
- Preferably you have experience in project management or at least have the skill to coordinate the activities of the several in/external parties involved in a project.
- Other knowledges related to ERP tools, SAP.

**Skills (main competences required for the role)**
- You are capable of giving training to other people (in/external).
- You have strong analytical skills.
- High level of English is necessarily.
