1st year of university agreement with UAB (12 months) + 2nd year of Graduate Internship (420-12 months contract).

**Duration**: 12+12 months - Full time.

**Profile type**: Junior profile or recent university/master's degree. Maybe no work experience or maximum 1-2 years of training/work experience. With potential to learn and be able to join the company in the future as a permanent employee.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- He/she will be responsible for directly managing the requests and needs of the employee and the business, working closely with all HR departments: Payroll, Talent and HR Centre
- Support for people management task: Workday inputs, contracts, etc. Documentation for INNS and SEPE.
- Analysis of information and production of different standard and ad hoc reports.
- Direct employee support.
- Collaboration in different projects of the Human Resources department.
- Supporting the Social Responsibility activities of the plant and the Global Employee Survey (GES).
- Support for training activities: management of in-catalogue and out-of-catalogue training, management and monitoring of subsidies

**Minimum Education and Qualifications**:
Graduate in HR, Law, Industrial Relationship or Psichology.

**Background & Experience**:

- Preferably with experience in Human Resources department using tools such as Workday, Service Now, META 4, etc.
- High internal customer service orientation.
- Positive approach: can do attitude and team player
- Keen to learn

**Specific Technical Skills**:
Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Experience/knowledge of Workday, Meta 4, Service Now is a plus.

**Languages**: English and Spanish fluent. French is valuable
