En Lindt estamos buscando a un/a **Key Holder,** para incorporarse a nuestra tienda ubicada en **ECI Sanchinarro**
Tu rol será muy importante para garantizar que nuestros clientes tengan una experiência memorable en nuestros puntos de venta y conozcan nuestras variedades de chocolate.
Como Key Holder algunas de tus **principales responsabilidades** serán:
**GESTIÓN DE TIENDA**:
- Monitorizar reuniones diarias (breifing & defriefing) de equipo.
- Elaboración planes de acción para alcanzar los objetivos de venta.
- Elaboración de planes de acción para incrementar tráfico, Ticket medio y Conversion Rate.
- Preparación de Store Visit mensual con el Area Manager y seguimiento del plan de acción de cada una.
- Gestión de ingresos y cambios de moneda.
- Supervisión de la gestión del stock.
- Supervisión de la gestión de caducidades.
- Elaboración de informes semanales y mensuales
- Comunicación con la central para temas de Retail, marketing, operaciones, RRHH, logística.
- Gestión del mail personal y del mail de la tienda.
- Planificación del trabajo diario, semanal y mensual.
- Realización de los horarios del equipo.
- Gestión de incidencias en tienda y pedidos
- Gestión de incidencias informáticas y de caja.
**GESTIÓN DE EQUIPO**:
- Trasmitir valores de marca y objetivos de venta así como guiarles en cómo conseguirlos.
- Contratación y selección del equipo cualificado para la posición de Chocolate Advisor cuando sea necesario, junto con la colaboración de RRHH y del AAMM.
- Liderar al equipo para conseguir los objetivos marcados acompañándoles, motivándoles, formándoles y dándoles feedback.
- Asegurar que todo su equipo recibe e interioriza todas las formaciones propuestas por la empresa como por ejemplo el Service Champion.
- Realizar reuniones diarias de equipo (breifings y debriefings) y asegurar que la comunicación este actualizada (hello panel; libreta de comunicación ).
- Gestión y planificación de horarios.
- Supervisión de los fichajes.
- Supervisión del inventario.
- Asegurar procedimientos y procesos marcados por la marca.
- Responsable del plan de crecimiento de su equipo y de la formación en la operativa de tienda del mismo, junto con AAMM.
**GESTIÓN DE VENTA**:
- Asegurar altos níveles de satisfacción al cliente y resolver cualquier incidencia relativa al consumidor final).
- Asegurar que se cumplan las líneas visuales de merchandising que marca la compañía
- Asegurar Mantenimiento de la tienda y almacén en perfectas condiciones (reposición de stocks, limpieza ).
- Implementar la estrategia de fidelización cliente.
- Reportar tendencias y necesidades de clientes, de equipo y de tienda a su Area Manager.
- Proponer ideas innovadoras que ayuden al cumplimiento de la cifra de negocio o eficiencia de procesos.
- Liderar con ejemplo.
Buscamos a personas apasionados por el chocolate, con al menos dos años de experiência en atención al cliente, que tenga vocación por la venta y le apasione el trato personalizado.
**Requisitos**:
- Estudios superiores (Bachillerato, CFGS, FP2)
- 2-4 años como Assistant Store Manager o Chocolate Advisor Senior.
- Experiência en venta de productos premium
- Experiência en coordinación y desarrollo de equipos
- Nível avanzado - nativo castellano
- Nível medio - avanzado de inglés
