**Description**
**The role**:
You will become part of a team of lawyers, accountants and secretarial support that manages a portfolio of client companies. You will be based in Madrid, yet you would form a part of an international team servicing Luxembourg fund portfolios.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Accounting_
- Maintaining general ledgers for a portfolio of allocated clients;
- Timely and accurate processing/reconciling of all fund transactions;
- Prepare & validate financial statements/NAV calculations;
- Monitor and exercise the ongoing reporting process (e.g., investor, client, and regulatory reporting);
- Liquidity Management incl. invoice processing/coordination, monitoring of capital movements etc.
- Client relationship_
- Be in contact for clients’ and investors’ requests along with Senior members of the team.
Job requirements
- Degree in Accounting and Finance or similar;
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in financial industry;
- Accounting knowledge of Private Equity/Real Estate/Private debt funds, Holding Companies, SPVs etc. is an advantage (Lux GAAP/IFRS/NAV);
- Attention to detail, strive to achieve high quality results, proactive and well-organized;
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Experience with different ERPs is an advantage;
- Fluent in English. French would be considered an advantage.
