The position is temporary - 4 moths._**

**Your mission**:
In this role you will be responsible for stock management between manufacturing sites. You will ensure that customers can be delivered in full and on time, with a minimum of available stock to avoid obsoletes in our Distribution Centers and Distributors.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your day to day with us**:

- Responsible for Stock Availability - daily activities to monitor plans versus forecast and allow our DCs to ship the goods to our customers.
- Ensure right stock at right place:

- Days on hand inventory in line with targets; in case of deviations create and execute action plans.
- Monitor stock progression driven by supply processes such as stock out, stock low, stock high, obsolete stock or process exceptions.
- Make sure to avoid obsolete depletion plans.
- Set up and maintain parameters in DRP planning systems (Oracle/SAP and JDA)
- Maintain daily / weekly / monthly Reports about STO, DOH.
- Identify, review & resolve exceptions for DRP parameters on different levels (SKU / Network sourcing / Shipping and arrival calendar /Inventory obsolescence)
- In depth root causing of exceptions to ensure that planning systems always have most reliable data.
- Collaborate closely with category supply planning, BU demand planning, DC’s planners and logistics in Central Warehouse’s to ensure correct alignment amongst them.
- Being backup of other planners.
- Support other DRP planners in developing improvements in specific projects.

Qualifications:
**What will you need to succeed?**
- Master/bachelor degree in Supply chain / Business Engineering or Economic Sciences
- First experience in Customer Service, Logistics or Demand Planning;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office package: Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of Oracle/SAP and JDA is a plus;
- Proactivity and initiative with a problem solving mindset;
- Good communications skills, easily integrates in a dynamic team;
- Fluent in Spanish and good knowledge of English
