**Main functions:
- Supervise the construction projects, analyzing operational variables such as budget evolution, work schedule, design, quality control and environment, as well as control and compliance with internal procedures. Inform auditees of the findings and propose recommendations to optimize operations.
- Execute consulting projects that cover the analysis of specific areas or dimensions that have been considered of interest to Ferrovial, mainly within the world of infrastructures. The scope of these works will be very wide and varied. These projects will add value through the conclusions that are delivered and the recommendations that are proposed.
- Provide support to the Internal Audit Department in relation to the analysis of ptential risk in the auditable universe for the annual Plan, as well as other risks that may arise during the acquisition and takeover processes of new companies (post-acquisition due diligence)..
- Carry out detailed planning of each audit and consulting project, including risk identification, assignment of tasks, execution of reviews and supervision of conclusions, thus ensuring efficiency in meeting completion deadlines.
- Interaction with the senior management of the audited units throughout the audit process, ensuring that we have a balanced and contrasted opinion that covers the objectives of the work and adds value to its management.
- Plan and present the conclusions in such a way that the future actions to be undertaken are established and decision-making is facilitated.
- Contribute to the area's internal digitization and methodological improvement projects, proposing and contributing to their development, and offering training where required.
- Management, coordination and training of the team in its assigned case. ensuring that they are efficient in their tasks, that the correct technical aspects have been applied, and that they have adequate levels of motivation and involvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
- More than 8 years of experience in the infrastructure business, preferably in the management of large construction projects.
- High level of English (C1).
- Availability to travel.
