**How will you make an impact in this role?**

You will play a crucial part in enhancing our customers' travel experiences. By providing personalized and detailed travel proposals, you will support our premium customers enjoy flawless and memorable journeys. We believe that every interaction is an opportunity to go above and beyond and crafting lasting positive impressions. Your dedication to high-quality service and capability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently will significantly contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Minimum Qualifications**
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in Italian and English
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset
- Willingness and ability to work nights and weekends
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Previous work experience in night shifts, demonstrating the ability to maintain dedication and service quality
- Background in hospitality management or experience working with high-end clientele
- Proficiency in French or additional language
