**Mission**:
A Talent Acquisition Trainee is to support all the administrative activities in Talent Acquisition department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in employer branding actions at universities.
- To participate in the creation of social media content.
- Would provide a contribution in recruitment and selection process.
- To create report via Microsoft Tools (Excel, Powerpoint and Power BI).
- Support our workforce in the daily basis.
- Support in the management of scholarships (relationship with universities and agreements).

**What we are looking for**:

- Economics’ or physiology education background is mandatory.
- Native Spanish and fluent English speaking is mandatory.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong with all MS tools specially PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Passionate about the world of Human Resources
- An enthusiastic and innovative mindset.
