Flight Instructor

**At the moment we are looking for experienced and qualified for Initial Pilot trainings in.**

**Our instructors**:

- Provide hands-on flight training to students, both in the air and on the ground. This involves teaching

fundamental flying or theory skills;
- Clearly and effectively communicate instructions, adapt teaching methods to accommodate different

learning styles and individual student needs;
- Emphasize and enforce safety standards throughout the training process. Instruct students on

emergency procedures and ensure compliance with aviation regulations;
- Regularly assess students’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify

areas for improvement and work with students to address weaknesses
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, flight hours and instructional activities. Ensure that all

required paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner;
- Stay current with aviation regulations and ensure that all training activities adhere to applicable laws

and standards set by aviation authorities.
**To be successful you should have**:

- Valid EASA CPL(A) or ATPL(A) License;
- Valid EASA 1st Class Medical Certificate;
- Valid Unrestricted FI(A) rating;
- ICAO English level 5 or higher;
- EU work permit;
- More than 200 flight instruction hours.
