Position: Marketing Manager

Job Description: As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing initiatives, creating and implementing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth. Your creative thinking, strategic vision, and ability to leverage digital channels will be crucial in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales, and Customer Experience, to ensure an integrated and cohesive approach to our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the cannabis industry.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and optimizing future efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with all marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) in marketing, preferably within the cannabis, consumer goods, or lifestyle industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing creative marketing strategies that drive results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of the local cannabis market in Barcelona and relevant regulations is a plus.
