A Science Teacher is required for August 2023 in a beautiful, small, start-up school, in the heart of the vibrant, buzzing, exciting capital city, Madrid, part of an established organisation which was founded back in 1997.
With just 50 students in the school and 16 teachers, the student - teacher relationships really are second to none. Class sizes of around 5 and teachers on first name terms with the students, really brings that warm, friendly, family feel to the school.

Working hours are 9am-5pm, with students leaving at 4pm, giving you that final hour of the day to complete what you need, before heading home.
You have the luxury of choosing your own place to call home. Some staff live a very close distance to the school, preferring to be outside of the city but lots prefer the city life and choose to commute that little bit further into school. Public transport is fantastic, you can travel on the metro, with the final stop being a maximum 3 minute walk from school.
As a friendly, welcoming and sociable school, you will never be short of things to do with the team on evenings and weekends, enjoying the exciting city Madrid life, from indulging in the famous Spanish cuisine, enjoying the beautiful blue skies and sunshine pretty much every day, experiencing the infamous night life, wine tours, festivals, live music, sporting events, outdoor pursuits from bike tours and mountain biking, to skiing in Andorra during winter and kitesurfing during summer, weekend trips to Valencia and the stunning beaches nearby and so much more. There really is a never-ending list of things to do and there certainly is something for absolutely everyone
In addition to your salary, you will also be provided with:

- Full legal fees in order to obtain the Spanish residence and working permits (€3000)
- €2000 relocation

You also have the choice of one of the following:

- 1 return flight per year to home country
- Private worldwide health insurance (national health insurance is already automatically provided)
- Monthly gym membership at a gym of your choice in Madrid.
- A Spanish mobile sim card with unlimited national calls and internet.

**Requirements**:

- PGCE or equivalent
- Experience teaching Science in a school following the National Curriculum for England, or Similar.
