**Overview**:
**Healios** is seeking a highly skilled an strategic **Product Manager** to join our Product team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to guide the development and execution of product strategy for our innovative healthcare technology. Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements and scope, as well as driving the product development process from concept to launch.

With a focus or background in healthcare, you will be well-equipped to bring a valuable perspective to this role and contribute to the success of our company.

**Position duties and obligations (responsibilities and requirements)**:

- Support product vision, roadmap, and goals in alignment with company strategy
- Manage and work with cross-functional teams, including analysis, engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and execute product plans
- Prioritise and manage the product development roadmap, ensuring that key milestones and deliverables are met
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans
- Analyse product performance and market trends to inform ongoing product development and optimisation efforts

**Necessary Competence (education/qualification)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. healthcare, engineering, business)
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare and/or MedTech industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools
- Familiarity with regulatory considerations in the healthcare and MedTech industry is a plus
