UCAM is a Catholic University that offers official European accredited undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD/Doctorate, vocational and languages programmes.

The University has more than 18.000 students including the campuses of Murcia (Spain), and Cartagena (Spain).

Characteristics: small number of students per class, personalized attention to the student, education on values, practical teaching and modern labs.

UCAM University is looking for an Content marketing & Social media management.

**Responsibilities**:
Design,develop and coordinate the strategy for short courses, taylormade programs, summer and winter programs for international partners.
Engaging and detecting business opportunities with partners (universities, colleges, companies, etc) to generate new programs and agreements for university internationalization.
Development of agreements (contracts/MOUs) with academic institutions for joint programs, tailor-made programs, faculty-led, accreditation, etc.
Prepare and evaluate business plan for projects.
Deal with internal and external stakeholders to develop and manage projects.
Project management and evaluation.
Evaluate, organize and lead the university participation in international events and networking sessions with potential partners such EAIE, NAFSA or APAIE
Organize and manage partner’s delegations visits and visits to partners.
Reporting to direct supervisors and University Board.
Take care of established relationships with partner institutions and develop new ones.
Analyzing market trends and data of the industry to provide forecasts of the industry’s short and long term needs as well as developing new services and capabilities.

**Required**:

- At least 2 years experience in the Higher Education Sector
- Great interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, innovative and proactive character.
- Leadership, outstanding planning skills, independent and results oriented.
- Must speak fluent English (minimum C1) to liaise with English speaking associates.
- Must speak fluent Spanish (minimum C1) to liaise with Spanish speaking associate

**What we offer**:

- Venue: Murcia, Spain.
- Full time job.
- Work hours: 9:00 to 14:00. and from 15:30h to 18:00h.
- Salary: 20-25.000€ gross/year
- Contract and Salary review under goals obtained
