Crew Purser

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Purser to join our team on a cruise ship. As the Crew Purser, you will be responsible for overseeing crew welfare, administrative processes, and ensuring a positive working environment onboard. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in either Greek or Spanish is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Crew Administration**:

- Manage crew documentation processes, including check-in, check-out, and visa requirements.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of crew members' personal and professional details.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to coordinate crew schedules, rotations, and leave.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Facilitate effective communication between crew members, guests, and other ship departments.
- Address and resolve crew concerns, working closely with the appropriate personnel.
- Translate announcements and information for the crew when necessary.
- **Welfare and Well-being**:

- Oversee the organization of crew events and activities to enhance morale.
- Coordinate medical assistance and support for crew members, liaising with the ship's medical team.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment onboard.
- **Financial Administration**:

- Manage crew payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning related to crew welfare and administrative needs.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed and organized records of crew attendance, leave, and contracts.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**Salary**: 2,000.00€ - 2,100.00€ per month
