**Descripción del trabajo**
**RAY STUDIOS**
Con una primera ronda de financiación internacional de 4M€ de fondos de inversión de tecnología y digital (Kima Ventures, AirAngels, Nickleby Capital, Gaingels, True Capital, BPI) y business angels internacionales, Ray studios tiene como objetivo convertirse en la primera marca de confianza mundial en un sector en crecimiento: la eliminación de tatuajes.
**MERCADO DE ELIMINACIÓN DE TATUAJES**
En Francia, el número de personas tatuadas sigue aumentando: cerca de 1 de cada 5 franceses tiene un tatuaje, y casi 1 de cada 3 millennials. La misión de Ray studios es reinventar la eliminación de tatuajes, tanto en innovación para mejorar el tratamiento, como en la experiência del paciente.
Para ello, lanzamos los primeros centros 100% dedicados a la eliminación de tatuajes en Francia y en Europa. En pocos meses, ya hemos lanzado dos centros en Francia, uno en España y otro en Bélgica.
**EL PUESTO**
Para contribuir al desarrollo de Ray studios y al éxito de nuestro estudio insignia, buscamos un Gerente de Estudio (H/M) para nuestro nuevo estudio que abrirá en pleno centro de Madrid.
Las misiones del puesto se articulan en torno a 2 ejes principales:
**Front Desk**:Acompañar a los pacientes en su experiência en Ray studios, respetando los procesos**:
- Recibir a los pacientes
- Crear vínculos con los pacientes
- Cobrar a los pacientes
- Participar en la venta de ofertas de Ray studios
- Comunicación con los pacientes por teléfono/WhatsApp
- Asegurarse de que el estudio funcione correctamente durante sus turnos:Estudio limpio y listo para recibir pacientes
- Suministro de consumibles médicos en las salas de tratamiento
**Gestión del Estudio**:
Gestión del equipo de Front Desk Officers:
- Contratación
- Formación
- Gestión de horarios
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos
- Seguimiento de objetivos
- Supervisión de la caja del estudio
- Gestión de la programación de los profesionales
- Gestión logística del estudio:Pedido de consumibles
Asegurarse del funcionamiento de las máquinas y coordinarse con Candela si es necesario. Asegurar el buen estado del centro y gestionar el mantenimiento (intervención de proveedores, etc.). Gestión del servicio postventa del estudio (incluidas las Reseñas de Google). Seguimiento del rendimiento del estudio. Actualización de un tablero de seguimiento de actividades. Presentación en la sede de manera semanal

- Tienes experiência en front desk / secretariado / atención al cliente / pacientes
- Tienes experiência en gestión de puntos de venta / gestión de equipos
- Experiência en centros médicos y estéticos, se valora
