- Como parte de nuestra estrategia de crecimiento, buscamos un Growth Marketing Manager responsable de planificar, configurar y optimizar campañas de marketing digital dirigidas a través de canales propios._
- Algunos de los desafíos_
- _Liderar y desarrollar campañas de marketing digital propias de generación de leads, de creación a ejecución_
- _Administrar la entrega diaria de campañas de Paid Media (_Google Search, Display, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- _Optimizar el ROI de las campañas, administrar el presupuesto, los plazos y recomendar modificaciones en el gasto publicitario y la selección de canales._
- _Trabajar con el equipo de Growth compuesto por miembros de marketing, diseño, producto y tecnología para impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas y los ingresos al tiempo que se reducen los costos de adquisición de clientes._
- _Análisis de datos para obtener insights procesables para las áreas de marketing, producto, y ventas_
- Eres nuestra persona si _
- Cuentas con, al menos, 4 años de experiência en un role similar_
- Tienes formación en Business Administration, Ingeniería, Matemáticas o similares._
- Posees conocimientos en Marketing Digital_
- Tienes experiência previa en un puesto similar, así como experiência en la creación de
estrategias de marketing multicanal eficaces, incluido _affiliate marketing_, PPC, SEO,
redes sociales y otros canales digitales._
- Tienes una sólida experiência en análisis e informes de campañas y canales, incluida la experiência de Google Analytics._
- Dominio inglés_

Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido

Salario: 35.000,00€-50.000,00€ al año
