Here at Socialpoint, we are delighted to be looking for a Finance Intern to join our team.

**Your mission (if you accept it)**:

- Accounts payable related tasks: set up vendors, review and book purchase orders, invoices and payments.
- Post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Assist with the monthly / yearly closing
- Prepare audit information (monthly and yearly requirements)
- Manage the Business Travel software of the company
- Other accounting and administrative-related tasks

- Ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

**Bonus Skills**:

- Completed or close to complete a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or related degree (strong academic record)
- Up to 6 months of accounting experience (internship will be valued)
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (specially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Accounting software experience is a plus
