From its origins as a wool mill, La Redoute has evolved into a heritage French brand, maintaining unique connections with its customers for over 180 years - initially through its catalogues and now digital. We specialise in designing furniture and home decor but also offer a range of fashion items to bring the French lifestyle to customer homes.
Part of the _Galeries Lafayette_ group and present in Spain, in **Barcelona**, La Redoute is looking for a **Paid Social Executive.**
**Your future job**:
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Traffic Manager, taking on pivotal responsibilities to drive our brand forward.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute innovative paid social strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and KPIs to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and ensure cohesive brand messaging across platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to align paid social campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve financial targets.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
- Engaging and motivating our media agency and partners across various channels to enhance performance, with a particular emphasis on paid social media platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok, alongside retargeting, affiliation, and SEM initiatives.
- Addressing technical issues related to product feeds, pixels, etc.
- Conducting AB testing to encourage a culture of learning and data-driven decision-making.
**What we look for**:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Advertising.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in paid social channels, preferably within an e-commerce setting.
- A strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with data.
- Experience managing Paid Social campaigns on Meta, Pinterest and TikTok. Additional expertise in retargeting, affiliation channels, and a foundational understanding of SEM and SEO is a plus.
- Skills in technical aspects and tag implementation are appreciated.
- A passion for new technologies, e-commerce, and innovation. Are you a fan of ChatGPT?
- Expertise in Excel, Lookerstudio, PowerBI, Datorama, or similar tools for dashboard creation.
- Excellent communication abilities, creativity, and a sense for innovation.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
- A focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- A proactive, responsive, and inquisitive approach.
- Independence in managing tasks with a positive outlook.
- Fluency in Spanish and a high level of English proficiency. French language skills are an added advantage.
