Reporting to the Communication Director, the following roles will play a key role in delivering Avincis’ communications strategy:
**Minimum requirements**
- Plan and coordinate the selection processes at national and international level (external and internal) for Spain and Portugal based on the budget.
- Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of the Annual Recruitment Plan (planning and scheduling of recruitment needs), as well as in the selection process.
- Collaborate in the definition of the professional profile: Job Description.
- Writing and publishing job offers on the different job portals: LinkedIn, Indeed, AviationJobSearch, Infojobs...
- CV screening and analysis of technical documentation.
- Telephone, online and face-to-face interviews.
- Drafting of follow-up reports on compliance with the Annual Recruitment Plan and selective processes.
- Communication and coordination of recruitment needs and interviews with Line Managers.
- Monitoring and closing of the process.
- Management and compilation of the necessary documentation for registration in coordination with the C&B area.
- Complete management of the incorporation and departure of the company (on-offboarding).
- Coordination of work permits for non-EU personnel and accompaniment with the necessary procedures for obtaining visas, NIE, NAF, etc.
- Management of internships and collaborations with Universities and Schools in the sector for the incorporation of junior profiles in the company.
- Coordination with ETTs according to temporary needs.
- Management and search of recruitment channels (Sourcing).
- Reporting of KPI's
- Collaboration in Employer Branding actions.
- Participation in transversal HR projects.

**Core competencies**
- Communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, attention to detail, organisation and active listening.
- Identify and resolve conflicts quickly and effectively.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

**Required training**
- Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, Psychology or similar.
- Specific training in Human Resources.
- High level of spoken and written English (B2-C1).

**Required experience**
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting profiles in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in direct selection.
- Experience in recruitment consultancy and aeronautical sector.
