Loyal Guru is a Barcelona-based company founded in 2016 to improve the way supermarkets and retailers interact with their customers by combining consumer data, analytics, and personalized omnichannel offers.

Our cloud-based platform allows food retailers to collect data from consumer purchases in real-time, in order to create micro-segments based on purchase behavior and launch hundreds of 1:1 personalized offers, improving consumer-retailer relationships across every channel with an ultimate impact on sales.

**The role**

We are looking for an JR HRBP to join our HR Team

We want you to partner with the People department and contribute to strengthening the growth of Loyal Guru at the international level.
- Work closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives.
- Offering expertise in all people areas, and also stepping into more operational activity such as hiring, dealing with employee relations, performance development, control of daily HR activities or policy issues.
- Be hiring mainly CSM, Project Manager, and other Technical talents (and much more)
- Publish new job offers using different tools like Linkedin, Teamtailor, or our own job site
- Manage your whole recruiting process autonomously and organize the pre-onboarding, onboarding and even the offboarding for the new Loyal Guru employees
- Effectively develop clear and successful hiring strategies, while setting clear expectations with a strong understanding of broader business needs
- Work on People Team projects to improve how we work, drive up our velocity and optimize how we recruit at Loyal Guru
- Leverage existing tech talent acquisition channels and explore new sourcing opportunities
- Manage the updating of the database on the Drive, Teamtailor and Bamboo HR platform.
- Collaboration in the organization of corporate events, such as Christmas, Team Buildings

**Your profile**:

- + 3 years of previous experience in similar positions.
- Preferable, have experience in SaaS B2B companies.
- English proficiency is mandatory
- To be located in barcelona is mandatory
- You have a very analytical mindset and an eye for detail
- Highly organized, a structured way of working, and the talent to inspire people
- Strong influencing, negotiation skills, and solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
- Previous experience in start-up and fast-growing companies is a plus
