En este puesto te responsabilizarás de implantar y fomentar los programas de calidad a todos los níveles del hotel, asegurando la experiência del huésped durante todo el “customer journey” y velando por el cumplimiento de nuestros estándares de producto y servicio que nos permita asegurar nuestra promesa de marca. Creando una cultura de mejora continua, para incrementar el índice de satisfacción de nuestros clientes internos y externos, y el soporte estratégico a la dirección del hotel para la consecución de los objetivos estratégicos.

**Tus funciones principales serán**:
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y estándares de marca, así como la excelencia en el servicio.
- Desarrollar y contribuir al plan de auditoría interna y externa. Realizar las auditorías internas programadas.
- Hacer seguimiento de los indicadores propios de la gestión de calidad y realizar reportes.
- Supervisar el correcto cumplimiento de las normas, regulaciones y sistema APPCC del hotel e informar sobre ello.
- Es el responsable de la gestión y mantenimiento del sistema documental del hotel. Mantiene y actualiza la documentación relativa a su ámbito de aplicación en los soportes definidos.
- Asistir en la gestión del sistema de gestión de calidad del hotel. Revisa, mejora, actualiza y mantiene este sistema dando soporte a los usuarios.
- Apoyo a la dirección en el cumplimiento de la normativa interna y de las políticas de Palladium Hotel Group en todos los departamentos del hotel.
- Identificar oportunidades para la mejora continua y la innovación. Hacer recomendaciones y ofrecer sugerencias para mejorar sistemas y procedimientos actuales.
- Asesorar y guiar en materia de calidad y metodologías Lean. Dando soporte a diferentes níveles jerárquicos y departamentos en la implementación de la metodología y el uso de herramientas Lean.
- Impulsor de buenas prácticas y de la mejora continua.
- Figura clave como gestor del cambio. Promueve y facilita la adaptación a nuevos procesos y mejoras operativas.
- Implementar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de gestión medioambiental.

**Requisitos**:
**¿Qué esperamos de ti?**:
- Estudios reglados en materias relativas al Turismo, Ciencias medioambientales o similares, y formación complementaria en materia de calidad. Se valorará positivamente tener conocimientos de herramientas de mejora continua (LEAN/Six Sigma), conocimientos en PRL y/o certificaciones en ISO.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en posición similar.
- Valorable experiência en departamentos operativos de Hotel, en gestión de proyectos y/o en gestión de procesos.
- Conocimientos de control de APPCC.
- Nível alto de inglés.
- Buen nível de uso de Office 365.
- Facilidad en el uso de herramientas informáticas.
- Persona ordenada, disciplinada y con mucha atención en el detalle, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientada al cliente y la excelencia del servicio.
