You will be working for an innovative and dynamic company. They are looking for a motivated, proactive person that takes joy in supporting customers and always does it with a smile, to join their team. As a customer advisor, you will be delivering high-quality B2B services.
Tasks
- Warm calling different companies
- Determine business eligibility
- Create profiles of our prospects in our management system
- Follow-up of incoming files and verification of companies
- Participate in administrative work such as verification of documents for their registration (onboarding & compliance)
- Customer management and loyalty
**Requirements**:
- Native or full professional level of French
- Professional level of English and Spanish
- A first experience in a call-center is a plus
- You are able to establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors
- You are oriented-people and pay attention to details
- The organization is one of your strengths
- A first experience in the commercial field is a plus
